For cancellations due to customer circumstances that qualify for refund, ANYTUTOR points shall be refunded or credited in principle, and cash refunds shall not be made. Currently, no expiration date is set for points. If an expiration date is to be set, notice will be provided in advance through this disclosure and the purchase screen.
When providing target services, the price, billing cycle, renewal conditions, and cancellation method shall be clearly stated before purchase.

1. When cancellation or refund is permitted for a course or service purchased by a learner under conditions specified by the Company, refund shall be made in principle through points usable within the ANYTUTOR platform.
2. The refund target for points, calculation method, usable scope, and expiration date shall be in accordance with the conditions displayed before purchase and the point-related regulations.
3. Refunded points can be used for the purchase of courses and services designated by the Company. Except as required by law, points cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn.
4. In cases where service is not provided, contract termination based on law, or other cases where a monetary refund is required under applicable laws, the Company shall respond in accordance with the applicable law.
5. This disclosure does not restrict the rights of users under applicable consumer protection laws.
