Questions you get wrong are added automatically. The SM-2 spaced-repetition algorithm decides when to surface them again — weaker topics appear more often.
In My Courses you can swap between video / article / podcast for any course. Same content, different presentation.
Within 7 days of subscribing, if you've consumed less than 20% of the content, request a full refund in Settings → Subscription.
