ANYTUTOR, INC.
A Delaware Corporation, United States
Version: 1.0
Effective Date: September 1, 2026
These Creator Terms ("Terms") govern the use of creator-related services provided by ANYTUTOR, INC. ("ANYTUTOR," "we," "us," or "our") through https://anytutor.ai (the "Platform").
ANYTUTOR operates an open AI-powered education platform that enables independent educators, content creators, and educational organizations ("Creators") to publish educational materials, create AI-powered instructors, provide learning experiences, and earn revenue.
ANYTUTOR is a technology platform, not an educational agency, employer, publisher, or representative of independent Creators solely by reason of providing its services.
Creators are not required to sign separate individual partnership agreements.
By registering as a Creator, enabling Creator services, or uploading content after being presented with and affirmatively accepting these Terms, you agree to these Creator Terms, the Platform's Terms of Service, and applicable policies.
If these Creator Terms conflict with the general Terms of Service regarding Creator monetization or content licensing, these Creator Terms will govern those matters.
Creators operate independently and retain control over their educational content.
Creators may:
- Upload authorized educational materials, videos, audio, images, PDFs, and supported external links.
- Create and publish AI-powered courses.
- Configure AI instructors and digital avatars.
- Manage course availability and pricing within supported Platform features.
- Request removal or unpublishing of their content.
- Distribute or monetize their original content through other platforms.
Participation is non-exclusive.
ANYTUTOR does not guarantee student enrolments, course sales, visibility, earnings, or commercial success.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise between ANYTUTOR and a Creator.
The standard revenue-sharing structure is:
80%
20%
Revenue sharing is calculated on eligible course revenue, excluding applicable sales taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and amounts not successfully collected.
Payment processing fees, currency conversion charges, withdrawal fees, and other applicable third-party transaction costs may be deducted separately.
ANYTUTOR will disclose applicable charges or make relevant fee information available before withdrawal wherever reasonably practicable.
No mandatory upfront partnership fee is charged merely for joining the Platform as a Creator.
Optional paid services, if offered, require separate pricing disclosure and Creator approval before charges are incurred.
The minimum withdrawal amount is USD $50, or the equivalent amount in a supported payout currency.
This threshold applies to the Creator's available, withdrawable balance rather than gross sales.
Balances below the minimum remain in the Creator's account until the threshold is reached, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
Subscription earnings are subject to a 14-day holding period following successful payment.
After the holding period, eligible earnings enter the Platform's weekly settlement cycle.
The holding period supports payment verification, refund processing, chargeback management, and fraud prevention.
Earnings from other services, including live consultations, may follow separately disclosed settlement schedules.
Payouts may be processed through supported providers, including Stripe, Wise, or PayPal, depending on the Creator's country, eligibility, and provider availability.
Creators must provide accurate payment information and complete any applicable identity verification, tax, and compliance requirements.
International transfers may incur payment processing, transfer, or currency conversion fees.
ANYTUTOR does not guarantee a particular bank arrival date. Actual processing times depend on the payment provider, banking system, jurisdiction, and applicable compliance requirements.
Assume a student purchases an eligible course subscription for USD $100, excluding applicable taxes.
$100.00
−$20.00
$80.00
Variable
$80.00 less applicable fees
In this example, the Creator's earnings exceed the USD $50 minimum withdrawal threshold.
Assuming successful payment, no refund or chargeback, and no compliance hold, the earnings become eligible for settlement after 14 days and are then processed in the applicable weekly settlement cycle.
The example does not guarantee a specific transaction fee or bank receipt date.
Refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, and payment reversals may reduce Creator earnings.
ANYTUTOR may deduct corresponding amounts from unpaid balances or future earnings.
If a payout has already been completed, ANYTUTOR may recover amounts attributable to subsequently reversed transactions, subject to applicable law.
ANYTUTOR may temporarily delay or restrict payouts where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized content, payment disputes, sanctions compliance, legal obligations, or material violations of these Terms.
Notice and an explanation will be provided where legally and operationally permissible.
Creators retain ownership of their original intellectual property, including:
- Educational materials and course content.
- Videos, audio recordings, and images.
- Original documents, presentations, and written materials.
- Creator names, branding, and trademarks.
- Personal likenesses and voice recordings, to the extent protected by applicable law.
Uploading content does not transfer copyright ownership to ANYTUTOR.
Creators must own or possess sufficient rights to upload and authorize the Platform's use of all submitted materials.
Providing a YouTube link or another third-party reference does not establish ownership of the linked content or grant rights beyond those lawfully held by the Creator.
By uploading or publishing content, Creators grant ANYTUTOR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to providing the Creator-authorized Platform services.
This license permits ANYTUTOR to:
1. Host, store, reproduce, and transmit submitted content.
2. Process and format content for educational presentation.
3. Generate AI-assisted lessons, explanations, exercises, quizzes, and learning materials from authorized content.
4. Translate authorized educational content into supported languages.
5. Display and distribute published courses to authorized Platform users.
6. Generate and deliver AI instructor interactions within the Platform.
7. Perform necessary technical operations, including caching, security screening, backups, and service maintenance.
This license does not transfer copyright ownership.
ANYTUTOR may not independently sell or commercially exploit Creator content outside authorized Platform services solely because the content was uploaded.
The license continues while the relevant content is hosted or made available through the Platform, subject to the removal, retention, and existing-student provisions of these Terms.
ANYTUTOR will not use Creator-uploaded educational materials, facial images, voice recordings, or other identifiable Creator content to train or fine-tune general-purpose AI models without the Creator's separate, explicit, informed consent.
Accepting these Creator Terms alone does not constitute consent for such training.
Creators authorize ANYTUTOR to process uploaded materials using AI systems to provide requested educational features, including:
- Course generation and organization.
- Interactive AI tutoring.
- Translation and multilingual instruction.
- Question answering and explanations.
- Voice generation and authorized avatar presentation.
- Personalized learning support.
Such processing is distinct from authorizing general-purpose AI model training.
ANYTUTOR may engage third-party infrastructure, hosting, payment, and AI service providers as necessary to deliver authorized Platform functionality.
Such providers may process relevant content only to the extent necessary to provide those services, subject to applicable contractual safeguards and privacy requirements.
ANYTUTOR will not authorize those providers to independently exploit Creator content for unrelated commercial purposes.
Any proposed use of Creator content for general-purpose AI model training, unrelated commercial licensing, or materially expanded purposes requires separate disclosure and affirmative authorization.
Refusing optional authorization will not, by itself, prevent a Creator from using standard Platform features that do not require such authorization.
Creators may choose to create AI-powered instructors or digital avatars using their authorized images, videos, voice recordings, or other supported materials.
By enabling these features, Creators grant ANYTUTOR a limited, non-exclusive license to process and reproduce their likeness and voice solely for the AI instructor experiences they authorize.
ANYTUTOR may use the authorized likeness and voice to:
- Generate an AI instructor representing the Creator.
- Deliver course explanations and educational interactions.
- Translate or synthesize educational speech in supported languages.
- Present authorized AI teaching experiences to students.
ANYTUTOR will not independently use a Creator's face or voice for unrelated advertising, endorsements, political messaging, or third-party commercial products without separate authorization.
Creating an AI replica of another individual without the required consent is prohibited.
Creators may request deactivation of their digital avatars and voice features through the Platform's supported procedures.
The license granted to ANYTUTOR does not include unrestricted commercial sublicensing rights.
ANYTUTOR may grant limited technical permissions to service providers and contractors solely where necessary to operate authorized Platform services.
Such permissions must not exceed the scope reasonably necessary to provide those services.
ANYTUTOR may not grant third parties independent rights to sell, license, distribute, or train general-purpose AI models on Creator materials, likenesses, or voices without separate authorization.
Students may access published course content according to applicable purchase, subscription, and access conditions.
Student access does not transfer ownership of Creator content.
ANYTUTOR may use AI to translate, adapt, organize, and present authorized Creator content in supported languages.
Creators acknowledge that AI-generated explanations and translations may contain errors.
Creators remain responsible for reviewing educational content where appropriate and ensuring that their original materials are accurate and lawfully provided.
ANYTUTOR may provide tools for Creators to review, edit, update, or remove supported content.
ANYTUTOR does not claim ownership of a Creator's original uploaded materials merely because they have been processed by AI.
Ownership and permitted use of AI-generated outputs remain subject to applicable law, these Terms, and relevant third-party rights.
Creators may request that their published courses be unpublished or removed through supported Platform procedures.
Following removal:
- The course will no longer be offered for new purchases once removal is processed.
- Existing students may retain access for up to 30 days where required by applicable purchase terms.
- Certain records may be retained to satisfy payment, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations.
- Personal data eligible for deletion will generally be deleted within 30 days following account termination, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
ANYTUTOR may retain limited backup copies temporarily where technically necessary, provided those copies are not used for new commercial exploitation.
Content licenses terminate when the relevant authorized services and permitted retention obligations end.
Creators are responsible for ensuring that:
1. Uploaded materials do not infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
2. Required permissions for images, voices, and personal likenesses have been obtained.
3. Published educational content complies with applicable law.
4. Pricing and course descriptions are accurate.
5. Payment and tax information is complete and accurate.
6. Content does not involve fraud, impersonation, or unlawful activities.
ANYTUTOR may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law, subject to reasonable review and appeal procedures where available.
Creators are responsible for determining and fulfilling their own income tax, reporting, and other applicable tax obligations.
ANYTUTOR may collect, withhold, or remit taxes where required by applicable law.
Cross-border payments are not automatically exempt from taxation or withholding.
The tax treatment of earnings depends on the Creator's jurisdiction, tax residency, transaction structure, and applicable laws.
ANYTUTOR does not provide individualized tax advice.
ANYTUTOR does not guarantee:
- A minimum number of students.
- A minimum level of sales or earnings.
- Continuous Platform availability.
- Specific search rankings or promotional exposure.
- Error-free AI-generated content.
- Any particular commercial result.
Platform services may evolve as technologies, operating costs, and regulatory requirements change.
ANYTUTOR may update these Creator Terms, including platform commissions, withdrawal thresholds, and settlement procedures.
Material changes affecting Creator revenue or content rights will be communicated in advance through the Platform or by email.
Unless a shorter period is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or compliance, ANYTUTOR will provide at least 30 days' notice before materially adverse changes take effect.
Changes to revenue-sharing rates will apply prospectively and will not retroactively reduce earnings already accrued under the prior applicable rates.
Where legally required, ANYTUTOR will obtain renewed affirmative consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANYTUTOR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or anticipated earnings.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
ANYTUTOR's liability for claims arising under these Creator Terms will be subject to the limitations set out in the applicable Terms of Service, to the extent enforceable under applicable law.
These Creator Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws applicable to a Creator provide otherwise.
Dispute resolution procedures, applicable courts, and any arbitration requirements will follow the Platform's applicable Terms of Service, subject to mandatory legal protections.

ANYTUTOR operates as an online technology platform that enables independent Creators to upload, process, publish, and monetize educational content.
Creators retain ownership of their original materials and are responsible for ensuring that they possess the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded content.
ANYTUTOR does not independently verify or endorse every item of user-generated content.
To the extent applicable, ANYTUTOR may qualify for limitations on liability available to eligible online service providers under the DMCA, provided all relevant statutory requirements are satisfied.
These protections are determined by applicable law and cannot be established solely through contractual disclaimers.
Copyright owners or their authorized representatives may submit a DMCA infringement notice identifying allegedly infringing content available through ANYTUTOR.
A valid notification must include:
1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and sufficient information to locate it.
4. Contact information for the complaining party.
5. A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Notices must be submitted to ANYTUTOR's designated copyright agent using the contact information published in the Platform's Copyright Policy.
Upon receiving a legally sufficient infringement notification, or otherwise obtaining knowledge requiring action under applicable law, ANYTUTOR will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the relevant material.
ANYTUTOR may notify the affected Creator and provide information about available counter-notification procedures.
ANYTUTOR may also restrict monetization or account functionality where reasonably necessary to address suspected infringement.
Creators who believe their content was removed because of mistake or misidentification may submit a counter-notification containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Where a valid counter-notification is received, ANYTUTOR will follow the applicable statutory procedures, including forwarding the counter-notification to the original complaining party.
Where statutory requirements are satisfied, ANYTUTOR may restore the affected material not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receipt of a valid counter-notification, unless its designated agent receives notice that the complaining party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
ANYTUTOR maintains and reasonably implements a policy providing for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
Depending on the circumstances, ANYTUTOR may issue warnings, remove content, restrict monetization, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access.
ANYTUTOR will accommodate and not interfere with standard technical measures as required by applicable law.
Creators may use ANYTUTOR's AI tools only with content they own or are otherwise authorized to use.
Providing a YouTube URL, PDF, video, image, or audio recording does not automatically establish ownership or permission to reproduce, transform, translate, or commercially distribute that content.
Creators must ensure that their use of third-party content complies with applicable copyright law and relevant third-party service terms.
ANYTUTOR may restrict or disable AI processing of materials where the necessary rights are absent or reasonably disputed.
Except where required by applicable law, ANYTUTOR does not undertake a general obligation to proactively monitor every item of user-submitted content.
ANYTUTOR may employ automated or manual moderation, copyright detection, fraud prevention, and content review systems.
ANYTUTOR reserves the right to remove or restrict unlawful content in accordance with applicable law and Platform policies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Creators agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ANYTUTOR, INC., its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
- Content uploaded or published by the Creator that infringes third-party rights.
- Unauthorized use of another individual's image, voice, likeness, or personal information.
- Material misrepresentations regarding content ownership or authorization.
- The Creator's unlawful conduct or material breach of these Creator Terms.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim arises from ANYTUTOR's own unlawful conduct, negligence, unauthorized use of content, or breach of its obligations.
ANYTUTOR reserves all limitations of liability, defenses, and statutory protections available under applicable law, including the DMCA.
Nothing in these Creator Terms guarantees that any specific activity qualifies for DMCA safe harbor protection.
Nothing excludes liability or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
